No-knead Bread

I love this easy bread, especially its crunchy outside layer.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup bread flour

1/4 tsp yeast

3/4 cup Luke warm water

1/4 tsp salt

In a big bowl, add in flour, yeast and salt. Then pour warm water into it. Stir with a wooden spatula. Give it a good stir and you will get gooey dough.

Wrap it with plastic and leave it for overnight.

The next day you will see it rises and there are many small holes over it.

Dust board with flour. Pour the dough onto the board. Press the air out and make it into a round ball with smooth surface.

Place the dough in warm place and let it rise again till 2 times big.

Preheat oven to 230 degree C 30 mins earlier when the dough is ready. Also preheat the baking pot you need. Because I don’t have a proper pot so I chose cake pan. And used another baking pan as its lid.

When the dough and oven are ready. Place dough in the baking pot ( which is my cake pan). Put the lid on ( which is my another baking pan). Bake for 30 mins.

Then remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 mins to color the surface and also make it crispy.

Let it cool down and cut into slices.

You will hear clear crunchy sound when cutting it. And it smells so good.
