Oyster-sauced Zucchini 

1. Cut one Zucchini into small wedges. Chop 2 or 3 clove garlic.

2. Heat a little oil in the pan.

3. Put in chopped garlic. Stir fry till aromatic.

4. Add in Zucchini wedges. Stir fry till Zucchini soften a bit.

5. Pour in 1.5 tsp oyster sauce. Stir fry evenly. 

6. Cover the pan with lid for 2-3 mins. Or till Zucchini is done.


Simple but delicious dish.
