Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
1. Marinate chicken fillets with a little salt and black pepper.
2. In a small bowl mix 1/4 cup cheddar shreds, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
3. Place baking paper in baking pan. Put chicken fillets on it. Then sprinkle cheese mixture over chicken evenly.
4. Put baking pan into oven. Bake for around 20 mins. The chicken fillets I used are not as thick as chicken breast. So it will take shorter time for them to be cooked.
