Fried rice is very popular in China. It’s a good way to make leftover rice delicious again.
First, thaw frozen mixed vegetables (carrot, green peas and corn).
Heat a little oil in the pan. Put mixed vegetable in. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Then dish them out.
Add in a little more oil in the pan. Heat it. Put leftover rice in. Stir fry to separate rice grains apart. Then pour in one beaten egg. Quickly stir fry to let rice be coated with egg. Then add mixed vegetables back in. Mix them well. Sprinkle salt and Stir fry evenly for 2-3 mins.
