Preheat oven with 175 degree.
1. Dip Chicken wings in beaten egg and coat with flour.
2. Heat 1/4 cup butter in skillet. Fry chicken wings till golden brown.
3. For sauce: 3 tsp water, 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
Pour sauce over chicken wings. Turn to medium heat. Flip chicken wings to be coated with sauce.
4. Put skillet into the oven. Bake for around 40 mins. Flip chicken wings one end or twice during baking.
