Bacon Vegetable Pancake

In a large bowl, combine 50g flour and 50 g water. Mix them well.

Add in one egg, a little salt, chopped cabbage and other vegetable bits ( I added in carrot, green pea and corn). Blend them well.

Heat a little oil in the pan. Pour all the batter into pan. Turn to low heat. Sprinkle bacon bits over the batter.


When the bottom solidifies, gently flip the pancake over. Heat for another several mins till all ingredients done or till lightly golden brown.

Serve with mayonnaise and nori.
