Bacon Enoki Mushroom Rolls 

1. Put a small bundle of enoki Mushroom at one end of bacon.

2. Roll it up tightly.


3. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put Rolls in.

4. Fry with medium high heat till each side turns golden brown.


5. Prepare sauce: 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp water.

6. Pour sauce over rolls. Cover the pan with lid.

7. Braise with low heat for 3 mins.

8. Remove the lid. Turn to high heat. Flip rolls gently to let them be coated with condensed sauce.
