2. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put in chopped garlic and stir fry a bit.
3. Add in mushroom and carrot. Stir fry till they become softened and almost done.
4. Add in onion. Stir fry a little.
5. Put in a little light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry evenly.
6. Last, sprinkle salt and black pepper.
