Scalding Ladyfinger

1. Boil some water in the pot. Add in 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.

2. Put ladyfingers in the boiling water for 3 mins. Then take them out. Soak in cold water. Drain and cut into small pieces. Spread in the plate.

3. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put in some chopped ginger and garlic. Stir fry a bit.

4. Add in 1 tsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil. Stir evenly. Turn off the stove once the sauce boils. And pour over ladyfingers.
