Chicken legs ( I used 2)
Brown sugar 20g
Ground spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Prepare a small plastic bag. Put brown sugar, ground assorted spice and salt in. Mix them well. Then put chicken legs in the bag. Shake the bag to let chicken be fully covered by seasoning. And marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 220 degree C. Wrap the chicken with foil. Roast for 20 mins. Then open the foil. Roast for another 10 mins. Flip the chicken while roasting.
My husband loved them. It’s the first time for me to try roasting chicken leg in this way. And it really surprises me.
