2. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put in ribs. Stir fry till ribs turn a bit golden brown.
3. Add in 1 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 3 tsp sugar, and 4 tsp vinegar. Stir fry evenly.
4. Pour in enough hot water covers ribs. Cover the pan with lid.
5. When the water reduces to 1/3, turn to high heat, and keep stirring at the same time.
6. When the sauce is almost dry, it’s done.
