2. Add in chicken wings. Fry till both sides get golden brown.
3. Add in chopped potato pieces. Stir fry till potatoes get a little brown.
4. Add in a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir fry evenly and let each wing and potato coated with sauce.
5. Add in enough water covers all ingredients. Cover the pan with lid.
6. When sauce in the pan is almost dry, add in salt. Turn to high heat. Keep stir frying till sauce dry.
