Stir Fry Potato Strips


This is one of the most popular way of cooking potato in China.


1. Use a chopping tool to make potato (I used 2 medium ones) into thin strips.

2. Put potato strips in water for 10 minutes. Change water once in 10 mins. The purpose of doing this is to wash off starch, so the dish will taste crunchy.

3. Heat some oil in the pan. This dish needs high heat. Put potato and green chili strips in together. Keep stir frying for 2-3 mins, till potato strip is done.

4. Add in salt. If you want it to taste a bit sour, you can also add in a little vinegar. Stir fry evenly and it’s done.

Really quick and easy.
