Cabbage (tear into small pieces by hand)
Chopped garlic, ginger, dried chili & spring onion
Light soy sauce 2 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
A little starchy water (optional)
1. Heat oil in the pan. Put in garlic, ginger and dried chili. (If you don’t want it to be very spicy, you can take dried chili out after a little while like I did or you can just not put in chili).
2. Add in cabbage pieces. Stir fry a little. When the cabbage starts to shrink. Add in light soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and sugar (you can put them in a bowl before cooking. It will be more convenient).
3. Turn to high heat. Quick stir fry for 1 min or 2.
4. At last, add in starchy water. Quick stir fry and out in the plate.
